Refund Policy
Since Workfromhomewizards.com and Shortcutstocash.com are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that on some products we will offer an exchange in place of a refund (of course one that is reasonable to the point of purchase.)
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the purchase, therefore we cover the terms regarding these rare circumstances below.

Regarding product not-as-described claims: We have done EVERYTHING in order to make sure our products, downloads and any affiliate or work programs offered are as clear as they can possibly be. The details of our products are not only described throughout our website pages and Terms of Use, we also cover the items in our user agreement. We ask that each member who does want to join any of our programs online thoroughly read and sign our user agreement which is done through a program called docusign and is held in the highest regard. Docusign is admissable in a court of law. This agreement goes over the basics of what you will be asked to do and this is in place to make sure the customer knows what he or she is purchasing.
Any and all problems should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Complaints which are based merely on the customerís false expectations or because they did not take the time to read our informational pages along with our Terms of Use or Refund Policy their wishes will not be honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We donít guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.


Refund Requests for Double Payments:
On rare occassion one might have accidentally made what we call a "Double purchase". In such rare instances such as this we do refund any accidental double payments and will do so as soon as we notice this has happened.

Unauthorized Payment Claims:
We use multiple measures to avoid any unauthorized payments. We will accept an unauthorized payment claim and investigate it thoroughly before making a decision. If there is any validity found with this type of claim we will issue a full refund.
